Foreclosure
I have recieved a foreclosure notice from my lender.
If your home is currently in foreclosure or you have filed for bankruptcy your choices for help are limited. Communication with your lender is key throughout the foreclosure process. Be aware that there are many individuals who will offer help, but you need to be careful - they could strip equity away from you! You may be targeted by these individuals who will offer to "help" you by buying your home and selling it back to you. They are only helping themselves - to your money and to your home. Don't fall for their scams.
